AUSTRALASIAN DERMATOLOGY REGISTRY (ADR) INFORMATION NIGHT

The Australasian Dermatology Registry (ADR) is a national collaboration between dermatologists to capture real-world data enabling monitoring of current and emerging treatments, and provides a platform for dermatology research, helping dermatologists provide the best care to their patients. The registry is facilitated and coordinated by the Skin Health Institute.

Despite the frequency of skin conditions such as psoriasis and atopic dermatitis, there is limited information regarding the management, outcomes, and quality of life for people living with these conditions.

The registry has been designed to include:

  • Electronic consenting of participants through a QR code
  • An online portal where participants can enter their demographic, family history, comorbidity, lifestyle, and quality of life data, minimising the data entry requirement at the sites
  • An online database for clinicians to enter disease severity and treatment
  • Online automated quarterly reports of the registry data, enabling registry users to see up-to-date registry analysis
  • Access to de-identified data for research purposes to sites contributing data
  • Opportunity to earn CPD for participating dermatologists

This information session features a series of experts for each disease state currently part of the ADR.
